We stayed in Tenaya Lodge and spent a day in Yosemite. We hiked up to Vernal falls, lunched at the Awhannee, perused through Yosemite Village, and then went to Glacier Point.

We flew from LAX to Papeete, Tahiti, then to Raitea where we picked up a 44' Beneteau. Then we sailed to Faa, Bora Bora, and Huahine, returning to Raitea to return to LAX.

An afternoon stroll through the Norton Simon Museum. I started taking pictures at the entrance, then passed through the South Hall, walked around the garden and pond, and then took in the North Hall before ending with some more photos of the entrance.

Every Fender guitar fan will appreciate the Fender facilities in Corona, CA. The visitors center and the tour are well worth the drive out. Heck, even a Gibson guitar player would appreciate it. I spent some time in the Visitor's center first, then took the tour which lasted about an hour. I'd count on spending at least 90 minutes, if not...

I walked a block from our Fullerton offices to the Fullerton museum which has a rather nice Leo Fender exhibit with guitars, videos, and memorabilia. It was very much worth the visit.

One of Pasadena's jewels, the Huntington Library and Gardens includes one of the best cacti gardens in the world, a beautiful lily pond, incredible bamboo, Japanese gardens, and priceless artwork.
