Celebrating that the plane did not ultimately touch down left wing first. Phew - what a dicey landing. Killing time between flights with dinner at Legal Sea Foods. Love how celiac status makes me a princess here - gf bread rolls, beer, and calamari for me
So I dropped the ball on my daily maps. Here's the final route, complete with scenic detours. ~4300 miles.
Not a great sign when the line for security reaches 200 yards outside the terminal. I'll be amazed to make this flight.

Crossing the mountains on I-15. Out of the desert, into rain not snow, back to being stuck in traffic. Teeny bit of blue sky though.

Guess we won't be going the mountain route, as we don't have snow chains. This journey remains weird to the last.
