The herd of Bison had already crossed the road except we found this straggler. Timed very well as we earlier saw the path so we knew where he would cross the road. Pulled just past the spot and I got out as he was 100 feet, then 50 then no more the 20 feet behind the truck. Then we guessed correctly where he would cross a second road and he was maybe 10 feet beside us before he crossed in front.
Later a deer crossed the hwy and we almost got mashed - josh rolled down the window and yelled "stupid deer."
