Our appetizer trio, with creme de champignons substituting for the sold out creme de broccoli. This was outstanding!

We had lunch today at a really great restaurant called Semilla. It's pretty new and has excellent reviews. It's over in the Latin Quarter, just a short walk from our apartment. Oh, and it's delicious.

The meal came with a trio of starters - cream of mushroom soup, beef carpaccio with Parmesan, and sablé with a nut (aka a delicious cookie). Yum!

Today we ate at another fabulous restaurant called Semilla. It just opened two months ago and is already the talk of the town. It's owned by an American from Miami who also owns a few other restaurants on the street, including one that we ate at earlier in the week.
