Day 1: we arrived in Heidelberg to beautiful weather! We took a walking tour of the city, ate schnitzel for dinner, and arrived at our hotel which was located on the outskirts of town. The adults were able to relax and enjoy German beer. I actually had a cola-beer. Brings back memories.
Day 2: our hotel was so nice. All of us were able to get a good nights sleep. We ventured back into the city and toured Heidelberg castle. Absolutely amazing!!!! We were able to have lots of free time to enjoy the local shops and gift shops. Now we are on the bus and traveling to Munich. Will be about a 4 hour bus ride.
