We then went on to the Pompidou Center and finally went back to the apartment for a dinner of crepes and cookies, all purchased on our street.
Then it was on to the Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon and the church steps at St. Etienne du Mont, the church featured in Midnight in Paris.
Then we went on to the Cluny Museum, which covers the art of the Middle Ages. I enjoyed this place a lot. It's not a big museum, but I highly recommend it.

We had lunch at an amazing tiny restaurant in Ile St. Louis, called Le Relais en L'Isle. It is owned and run by Monsieur et Madame Hubert, and has been a fixture on the island for many years. On Sunday, May 20 it will close its doors forever, as the owners are retiring. I'm glad we got to experience the delicious food and the warm and friendly hospitality.
