In the cold, freezing, pouring rain and bitter cold wind, we watched a 50 minute presentation on the silos. It was truly amazing... Sorry, I was way too cold and trying to fight an umbrella to take a picture of the silos and the movie.
Québec City History, an Extraordinary Retrospective
The Image Mill™ transports us through four centuries of Québec City history in four movements: waterways (recounting the days of Québec’s discovery and exploration), roadbuilding (the period in which the land was cleared, then developed), rail expansion (the years of industrialization and railway construction), and air travel (the era of balloons, airplanes, and communications). Leaving the usual clichés behind, we discover the fascinating history of Quebec City with its upheavals, its controversies, and its great political and popular moments. The silos are transformed—as if by magic—as one image after another appears!
