Walked for nearly an hour to find cheap clothes. Success! I got some jeans (my old ones tore weeks ago), a new vest top, and...socks! I'm very excited. Oh, and I got a nice hair slide and wrist band too, $2 each.

Canada day parade. I finally saw me some Mounties. Looked for them after to get a photo but they'd all scarpered!
It's Canada's birthday! Which equals free entertainment :) Parades and stalls and lots of people having fun.

This was my face when the bus was late...imagine how bad it was when it failed to stop!
Just for the record Greyhound buses are complete and utter shite.
Today there was no sign for where to catch the bus, no bus stop. We had pre-booked our tickets. We stood where the Greyhound had dropped people off when we'd passed that way previously. Another man was waiting too.The bus arrived 20 minutes late and drove right past us and 200 yards up the road. He let someone off and then left before we could get to him.We had an anxious wait while we figured out what to do. The cash machine at the gas station/store (the only one) wouldn't give out any money and we only had a bit of loose change. There's only 2 greyhounds a day and we didn't know if we would be allowed on the next one with our tickets for the earlier bus. We briefly considered walking - later discovered it 's 22.5 kilometres. Glad we didn't try that one.
Fortunately we discovered a local bus service which only cost about £1.25 each. Now I want a £15 refund from Greyhound. Their website has been rubbish too and they've already failed to reply to previous emails I've sent.
I guess that's what happens when a company has a monopoly. Somebody is missing a trick - a rival company that provides good service would get my vote!
Just had the best shower I've had in ages! I wish they would have the ones with moveable shower heads, but can't complain too much. Hot water and nice and powerful. Feels great, and I think my feet might actually be clean :)
