Day 1 - The flight was delayed and very turbulent... especially when some random man on our flight decided that it would be a great idea to propose to his girlfriend over Uluru. We couldn't see exactly what was happening, but we wondered what would've happened for the other 4 hours of flying if she'd said no!
Day 2 - We went a famous shopping strip to do some shopping. We didn't buy much, as we really didn't feel like carrying around trinkets for the next couple of months. We then went to see Thilde ride horses at The Polo Club (a real one - not The Geebung). She had a rough ride, getting knocked off twice, but she was confident to get back on again. Afterwards we had a couple of drinks by the pool, where we felt very exotic. For dinner we went for a shop at The Hawker's Market, which is where a large portion of the locals choose to eat. We ate like kings for a pauper's price.
