Hello and welcome to our all american airstream road trip blog!
We have been diligently preparing our 28-foot classic airstream in our to set out on our trip next Sunday. Actually, the airstream belongs to Jerry and Iva, Jack's parents, but they have lent it to us for our honeymoon.
We plan on avoiding major cities and sticking to national parks & forests as well as boondocking in the occasional Walmart parking lot.
Our cat, Snake, will be joining us along through over 20 U.S. states and we have made sure that all his finicking habits will be covered. He has an all-inclusive personal cat alley with litter box, scratcher, and mat for food and water.
Traveling with any kind of trailer is like being a turtle. You have to make sure the house you carry on your back has a properly functioning water system and that fuel reserves all always available.
We hope that you will follow us through and we will try to post as frequently as possible although it may be tricky at times without cell phone frequencies.
More pictures to come...
