Set off for alicante for final night as early checkin for flight home.
Boys went out for unhealthy breakfast, mum n rod at driving range, Isobel n fin pottering at villa & I went for swim.
Mosquitoes got a little pished on grandad's whisky last night - left out glass for them ...@ 25 went to heaven sloshed.
Toll road to alicante excellent - quiet for most of way - thru the tunnels changing landscape n leaving rural desert for touristica.
Oldies stated in while us 4 went to waterfront for fish platter n mussels n found a fine ice cream shop. V muggy n hot tonight tho.
Our penthouse apartment has 3 double rooms, I ensuite, 1 extra bathrm, living area, balcony the spiral stairs to roof terrace. Views out to the Med & the fort on the Hill. Stunning view - scorching heat n a/c ltd.
Had fine blethers with bits tonight in how to become self employed& develop a chain of crown deli. Inspiring talk:)
