PA !!!!!
Last week two momentous trip milestones occurred (besides my first experience with raisin-sour cream pie!!!):
- we hit the 2,000 mile mark
- we did our first Century Ride (that's over 100 miles in one day)
102.5 on Tues and then we outdid ourselves with 108.6 on Wed!
We'll see what this week holds :)
Iowa could be PA, we managed to outrun the storm (at least for today).

Like base/softball diamonds. The good thing about sleeping in such a place is the thick, plush grass (rare during the 50-year drought currently happening in NE). How does that grass stay so nice? Very serious sprinkler system, which comes on at 5:00am. So, after we got largely soaked, we relocated to the concrete near the concession stand and fell back asleep waiting for the sun to come out. Don't worry, coach woke us up at 6:40, so that we just had time to hightail it as his high school girls team came in at 7:00. Thanks free-camping!

The Midwest still has fun & potentially dangerous playground toys!!! We see-sawed too! I have been merry-go-round obsessed! (excuse the crappiness of these pics) Also, this town is O'Neill and is home to the world's largest shamrock.
