Plien said “Hi Claire, Chris and Benjamin! These kangaroos were so sweet, it was really special to be able to feed and even stroke them (they're very soft!). They were raised in captivity, otherwise you could never get this close (as you could see in the other pictures ;-)). It was pretty cold in Melbourne, it was just going through a cold spell and we were sleeping with hot water bottles! It was about 6 degrees at night and 11 during the day. After a few days it got warmer though. Now we're in the tropics (Cairns). It's about 28 degrees here. Nice! Will write another update soon. Thanks for reading our updates and writing comments!”
