We left Easter Island two days ago and what an exciting time that was! The Moai are just amazing to see live. We are on the high seas and can see azure blue skies for ever!! We are having a great time and the cooking classes are super. Lots of recipes to share. Unfortunately I cannot post photos from my ipad, and we cannot seem to get them from iphone to access...so long story short, no pictures. We will be in Lima on Sunday May 5 and do a tour, then May 6 fly up to Cusco to view Machu Picchu. Can't wait. Miss you all and hope all is well. xo deirdre and peter
