Sorry for the late post y'all but we've had quite the experience over the last few days. Paris was undoubtedly the best city I have been to so far! So much to see and do in such little time. The louvre was awe inspiring, the arc de triomphe, breathtaking, and the Eiffel tower was a sight as well. The fresh French bread...ahhh-mazing. Then we booked it to nice which was phenomenal. Laying out on stones, that's right no beach sand on the cote d'azure. The French Rivera is where it's at and I'm definitely finishing what I started in france in the not so distant future. Now we're back in good ole Praha and I'm ready to finish school Friday so we can do some more exploring, and buy some more gifts for you all! Na schledanou!!

Bonjour from Paris!! Dan met me at Charles de Gaulle airport this morning when I landed and the Powdered French bread we had...just stop, sooo good! Just to enumerate what we have planned:

Moulin rouge
Touring the Notre dame
Perusing the louvre
Rock climbing
Bullet train to nice to beach it(for my Wilmington peeps)

...and that's just the start, and everything seems promising! And please if y'all have any suggestions, do tell. Love and miss you all!!

We just arrived in Vienna at our hostel, the wombat! It is easily perceived that there is a much more laid back atmosphere and it's so refreshing. So far our plans are to go on the ringstrasse by tram, explore hofburgs imperial castle including the imperial treasury containing one of the thorns from christ's crown, and ride on the riesenrad! Be back soon!

Last night we went to a Czech opera called the magic flute...simply stunning. I literally felt transported back in time to when such occasions were the event of the evening! Very dramatic, and some very talented singers. After having a few pivos(beers) at a rooftop bar we called it a night. Furthermore, I have been planning next weeks events which include staying in Vienna for three days, flying to Paris, and riding the bullet train to nice with Dan o'dor...über excited about all three! It's finally warming up in Prague so were about to go for a joy run. Love and miss all of you!! Ciao

The past three days have been really hectic trying to get settled in and acquainted with Praha. We have done so much in so little time, it's sometimes hard to get a grasp on things. The Charles Bridge and St Vita's castle were by far the most amazing experiences I've had thus far. Everything is so different from everything else, such that the only symmetry is reflected in the architecture which takes a form of its own. Additionally, the food is ethereal! Like, betray your friends good...like, skip work good. Today, on the menu was chicken and onion cabobs with onion soup, and tomato, red pepper and cucumbers...WOW! All of the cuisine is much more holistic, no added preservatives and such. Anyways, now that we're finished with class and bellies full it's time to drink some Pivos with Courtney and her gang! Caio!

So here I am at JFK airport in New York contemplating what lies ahead though I'm in between emotions. I've only left the states once before when I went to the Bahamas but this trip will be far more audacious! Our flight was delayed for some time due to some less than timely mechanics, but other than that it was smooth sailing. I wanted to go ahead and initiate my blog 1) because my next flight isn't until 7 and 2) to entertain my. good friend Laura while she is struggling with scanning tax documents.
